We pride ourselves in top-quality craftsmanship and customer service and for any reason you didn’t experience that then we will make it right. We guarantee your map will last for generations to come, so if there is ever any issues, you can mail us your map and we will fix it or create a new one free of charge.

Our Policy

After an order, we work one on one together throughout the design and build processes, sharing photos and ideas to make sure your map comes out exactly how you envisioned it. If anything occurs and you are not completely satisfied, you deserve a full reimbursement for your purchase. We pride ourselves in top-quality craftsmanship and customer service and for any reason you didn't experience that then we will make it right.

We are building this map specifically for you, so if anything changes with you between the time you order and we start building, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you notice anything you are not happy with during our design stage, we can make the changes needed to your map to make best suits you. If for any reason you feel it doesn't, we offer a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item, we can resolve any dissatisfaction by fixing and mailing back the item or issuing a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We build our maps to last generations to come. If anything happens to your map in the future, please contact us so we can fix or replace your map.
