Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to customers worldwide, subject to destination shipping and import regulations. If you run into any issues with shipping to a certain destination during checkout, please contact us. International (outside of Canada) orders will be subject to duties and taxes.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 months after receiving payment and verification. Each map is custom designed and hand crafted, so expect time for the item to ship. If you need the order shipped in time for a special occasion, please let us know ahead of time. Shipping times are subject to change, and will be communicated with customers. If there are significant changes in processing time, you can request to cancel your order with a full refund. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to cater to different preferences and needs. The available shipping methods will be displayed at the checkout, along with their estimated delivery times and costs. The shipping methods we offer may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options. Expedited shipping does not guarentee a faster processing time for the creation of your map.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method selected, the destination, the weight, and the dimensions of the package. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard Shipping Rates

Small maps: 16" x 16", 18" x 24", 24" x 18"

Medium maps: 24" x 24", 22" x 30", 30" x 22"

Large maps: 30" x 30", 30" x 40", 40" x 30"

Local pickup options are also offered. Alternative shipping methods including expedited shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or request additional fee for any order that may cost more than our allotted budget for shipping.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the checkout, and it is calculated from the date of order processing. Estimated delivery time does not include the estimated time for the order to be processed. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays or unforeseen transportation issues.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international shipments, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total purchase price or shipping cost. The amount charged for customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by the destination country, and is beyond our control.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or experiences delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the matter and find a satisfactory resolution.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not always be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
